1. Order Processing

Once you place an order with lumera, we will process it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, depending on the volume of orders and availability of the items.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there are any issues with your order (such as payment issues, address discrepancies, or item availability), we will contact you directly to resolve the matter.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

lumera offers several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and any customs processing (for international orders).

A. Domestic Shipping (Within [Your Country/Region])

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 7 business days after processing.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for urgent orders, delivery on the next business day.

B. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Delivery times for international orders may vary based on your location and the customs process.

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery in 10–12 business days (depending on destination).
  • Expedited International Shipping: Delivery in 10–12 business days (depending on destination).
  • Customs Delays: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which may delay delivery.

C. Shipping Cut-Off Times

For faster delivery, orders placed by [time, e.g., 12:00 PM EST] are processed the same day (on business days). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: 120
  • Expedited Shipping: 150
  • Next-Day Shipping: 500

International Shipping Rates:

  • Standard International Shipping: Starting at 1500, based on the destination.
  • Expedited International Shipping: Starting at 2000, based on the destination.

Please note that all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and will be determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the delivery status. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order until it arrives.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We are unable to ship orders to PO Box addresses for certain shipping methods. Please provide a physical address to ensure successful delivery.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. lumera is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

While we take great care in ensuring that your order is carefully packed and shipped, sometimes things can go wrong during transit.

Lost or Missing Packages:

If your package is lost or missing after it has been marked as delivered, please contact the carrier first to resolve the issue. If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact us at [ lumerajewels.in@gmail.com ], and we will assist in investigating further.

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will require photos of the damaged package and product to begin the claim process. If the damage is our fault, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are beyond lumera control.

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the shipping address if your order has not yet been processed. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
